A beautiful seafront vacation home in the area of Makria Myti, this two storey villa, designed according to traditional Aegean architecture, enjoys an unmatched view of the surronding area and is a wonderful choice for families and groups of friends. 

Comfortably accommodating 6+1 guests, the villa offers 3 bedrooms: two double and one with two single beds.  Additionally, in the master bedroom, guests will find a sofa which can easily be converted into a bed. 

Walking up the stairs to the first floor, guests will find a living and dining area, combined with a fully equipped kitchend in an open plan space.  

The outdoor spaces freature a private swimming which blends into the sea.  The pool is complete wiht sunbeds and parasols perfect for enjoying a lovely view of the sunset. 

For those who prefer the sea, there are two beaches, each within 5 minutes walk from the villa – one beach is remote and quiet, while the other, Alyki Beach is popular among tourists and locals alike.
