Eco Hotel: CocoMat Serifos
Cocomat Eco Residences was once a complex of miners’ houses, built in 1910, which was renovated respectfully to both the local traditional architecture and contemporary eco-friendly practices.
Located on the lovely Vagia beach, CocoMat Eco Residences hotel invites gues to ease up, slow down and truly enjoy oneself on an island which offers an authentic and alternative Cycladic experience, without any uncalled-for tourist hassle.
CocoMat’s philosophy is based on the exclusive use of natural materials for the harmonious spaces, where every object has a specific use, but also contributes to the preservation of its user’s physical and mental tranquillity. CocoMat’s Interior Design Team has equipped every residence with the necessary furniture, beddings and utilitarian objects such as cotton, silk, coconut fibres, natural rubber, herbs (eucalyptus, lavender), goose down, wool and linen.
