1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Site operated by Filita Travel LLC. They apply to the Site only. If you engage us for travel planning or booking services, separate booking terms will apply to that relationship and will be provided to you before you commit to any booking. Those booking terms incorporate these Terms of Use by reference.
2. About Filita Travel
The Site is operated by Filita Travel LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Washington, United States, with registered address at 4113 NE 77th St, Seattle, WA 98115 (“Filita Travel”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Washington State Unified Business ID (UBI): 604200112. Washington State Seller of Travel: Active.
Filita Travel also operates through its affiliated Greek destination management company, which holds direct hotel and supplier relationships in Greece and executes bookings on behalf of Filita Travel LLC under a separate inter-company agreement.
3. Eligibility and Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please do not use this Site or submit any personal information through it.
This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately at info@filitatravel.com.
This policy is intended to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that are inactive, that we reasonably believe have been created fraudulently, or that are being used in breach of these terms. We will notify you before taking such action where reasonably practicable.
6. Our Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, photographs, illustrations, design, layout, logos, hotel descriptions, editorial articles, destination guides, and the Filita Travel name and brand — is owned by or licensed to Filita Travel LLC unless otherwise stated. This content is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

Photography on this Site is either our own, provided by hotel partners with permission, or licensed from third-party photographers. All photographs remain the property of their respective owners.
7. User-Generated Content
If you submit any content to us through the Site — for example through the travel questionnaire, free-text fields in your profile, or other communications — you retain ownership of that content. By submitting content, you grant Filita Travel LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party, is not unlawful, and does not contain any virus, harmful code, or offensive material. We will not publish any personal content you submit without your explicit permission.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites including hotel websites, booking platforms, and travel-related resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site.
A link to a third-party site does not constitute our endorsement of that site, its content, or its services. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of any third-party site.
9. Accuracy, Availability, and No Warranty
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

- Hotel details, rates, room descriptions, and availability are subject to change at any time. Information on our hotel pages reflects conditions at the time of writing and does not constitute a real-time offer or price guarantee
- Nothing on this Site constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking
- We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical issues, or that defects will be corrected
- We do not warrant that the Site is free from viruses or other harmful components, although we take reasonable steps to prevent this

10. Our Role as a Travel Agent
Filita Travel LLC acts as a travel agent. We facilitate and arrange bookings with hotels, villas, transport providers, and experience providers on your behalf. These providers are independent third parties. Your contract for any travel service — including a hotel stay, transfer, ferry, restaurant reservation, or experience — is between you and the relevant provider.
Filita Travel LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, defaults, or negligence of any hotel, villa, transport provider, experience provider, or other third party whose services we help arrange. We do not own, operate, or control any of the properties or services featured on this Site.
In respect of international sea travel, our liability as agent is limited as if we were carriers under the Athens Convention relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea. In respect of hotel arrangements, our liability as agent is limited as if we were subject to the Paris Convention on the Liability of Hotel-Keepers. In respect of any international air travel arranged by us, our liability is limited as if we were carriers under the Warsaw/Montreal Convention. Copies of these conventions are available on request.
11. Bookings and Booking-Specific Terms
When you engage Filita Travel for travel planning or booking services, separate booking terms will be provided to you before you commit to any booking. Those booking terms will govern the specific arrangements made on your behalf, including payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund procedures.
The booking terms will incorporate these Terms of Use by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the booking-specific terms, the booking-specific terms will prevail.
Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding commitment by Filita Travel to provide any travel service at any particular price. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- We do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of this Site or from any travel arrangements made through us, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or loss of opportunity
- We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes outside our reasonable control
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of this Site is limited to the amount, if any, paid by you to us in connection with the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the acts, omissions, or defaults of any third-party supplier including hotels, transport providers, or experience providers
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law including the Washington Consumer Protection Act.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, this clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Filita Travel LLC, its members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of or access to this Site
- Your breach of these Terms of Use
- Any content you submit to the Site
- Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
14. Force Majeure
Filita Travel LLC will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; natural disasters; fire; flood; earthquake; epidemic or pandemic; acts of terrorism or war; civil unrest; government actions or travel restrictions; industrial disputes or strikes; power failures; or disruptions to transportation or communications infrastructure.
In the event of a force majeure event affecting a booking, we will use reasonable endeavours to mitigate the impact on your arrangements and will communicate with you promptly. Force majeure events do not entitle either party to compensation beyond what is expressly provided in the applicable booking terms.
15. Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements
It is your sole responsibility to check and comply with all passport, visa, health, and immigration requirements applicable to your travel itinerary. Requirements vary by nationality and destination and are subject to change without notice.
We can provide general guidance only. You must verify specific requirements for your own circumstances with the relevant embassies, consulates, and your own healthcare provider. Most countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
Filita Travel LLC accepts no liability if you are unable to travel or incur any loss because you have not complied with applicable passport, visa, health, or immigration requirements. You agree to reimburse us for any fines or losses we incur as a result of your failure to comply with such requirements.
16. Complaints Procedure
If you have a concern or complaint about our services, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to resolve it promptly:
During a trip: Contact your Filita Travel representative immediately so we can address the issue on the ground.
After a trip: Please submit a written complaint to info@filitatravel.com within 28 days of the end of your trip, including your booking reference and full details of your complaint. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate and may affect your rights.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days of receipt.
17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of this Site, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. Please contact us at info@filitatravel.com with a written description of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be finally resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall take place in King County, Washington, unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You retain the right to bring qualifying claims in small claims court. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, this arbitration clause does not limit your right to bring a complaint before your national consumer protection authority or to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
18. Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST FILITA TRAVEL LLC.
If a court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is unenforceable for any reason, then the arbitration agreement will not apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
19. Electronic Communications
By using this Site and creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@filitatravel.com. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or service-related communications related to your bookings or account.
20. DMCA and Intellectual Property Claims
Filita Travel LLC respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at:

Filita Travel LLC does not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes.

22. Sanctions Compliance
Filita Travel LLC complies with all applicable US and international sanctions laws and regulations, including those administered by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We do not provide services to individuals or entities that are subject to applicable sanctions. By using this Site, you represent that you are not located in a sanctioned country and are not on any US government restricted party list.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to the arbitration agreement in Section 17, any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, this clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including your right to bring proceedings before a court in your country of residence.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed from these terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking-specific terms provided to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Filita Travel LLC with respect to your use of this Site and any services arranged through it. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
No failure or delay by Filita Travel LLC in exercising any right under these terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or best practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, please stop using the Site.
