Foundry Suites

There are only twelve suites here, and that’s the point. It’s intimate and  unhurried; the kind of place where staff learn your name instantly. The interiors are industrial with warmth: high ceilings, steel-framed windows, exposed stone & vintage furniture alongside custom pieces. You won’t find TVs here, but there are record players and  vinyls to borrow.

All suites have full kitchens. On the ground floor, private gardens and a quieter feel, though less natural light. Upper floors vary between split-level lofts and single-storey layouts. Street-facing rooms are the brightest. 

Breakfast arrives in a picnic basket, ordered the night before from the deli across the street.  The rooftop garden is compact but lovely, planted with olive trees, lavender and herbs. In summer, they fire up the pizza oven and pour Greek wines. The Acropolis view is there, though not from every angle.

Service is warm and personal, Greek hospitality without the formality. Staff know the neighbourhood inside out.
