Adults Only Hotels in Greece

By Filita Travel

A list of adults hotels in Greece

Sometimes a holiday is for everyone, and sometimes it isn’t. There are weeks when you don’t want a children’s club two doors down, or another family’s splash competition at the pool, or dinner negotiated around bedtimes that aren’t yours. Just the sea, the room, and whoever you came with.

These are the hotels in Greece for that kind of week. Most of them are strictly eighteen and over. A handful operate at sixteen and over, with the same atmosphere intact.

Strictly 18+ Hotels

Symi

1900 Hotel

A nineteenth-century neoclassical mansion on the harbour, restored and reopened as a four-room hotel. Elegant, contained, and as close to the water as the boats.

Crete

Numo Ierapetra
Numo Ierapetra, Crete

Numo Ierapetra

A Curio Collection property on the south coast of Crete, beachfront, with an open-air cinema in the gardens. The south coast moves at a different pace from the north, and this is the place that reminds you why.

Acro Suites
Acro Suites, Agia Pelagia Crete

A clifftop property above Mononaftis Bay, with rooms across multiple categories and a private pool with almost every suite. The Cave Suites are the ones people ask for first, and they sell out first too. We have been, and we send people back.

Minos Palace
Minos Palace, Agios Nikolaos Crete

A whole private peninsula in Mirabello Bay, run by Bluegr who have been doing this for fifty years. Sea views in every direction, suites with private pools, and the Nao wellbeing programme at the heart of the property. Wellness-informed without being a wellness retreat.

Pnoe Breathing Life, Karteros

An adults-only retreat on the north coast of Crete, ten minutes from Heraklion airport, with a private pool in every suite. The infinity pool flows into the sea, the spa runs daily yoga and meditation, and Thymises is the Cretan restaurant worth booking the night you arrive.

Milos

Domes White Milos
Domes White Coast, Milos

An adults-only Domes property on Milos, on the quieter west coast of the island. Low, white, and right on the water. Milos has earned its place in the adults-only conversation, and this is one of the properties that put it there.

Zakynthos

Lesante Blu, Tragaki

A ninety-two-suite resort on the east coast of Zakynthos, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World, with private infinity pools in roughly half the suites. Three restaurants, a private beach, a helipad, and the resort’s own yachts for excursions around the Ionian.

Hydra

Mandraki Beach Resort

A modern resort on Hydra’s only sandy beach, built on the site of a nineteenth-century naval fortification. The boat from the port runs all day. Stone and clean line, on an island that does not usually do either.

Hydrea
Hydrea, Hydra

Hydrea

A restored heritage mansion sitting on the port of Hydra, with high vaulted ceilings in the common areas and a courtyard that overlooks the harbour. Every room is unique, no two are alike. One of the most beautiful and tasteful places to stay in the harbour.

Tinos

Pnoes Tinos

Three private villas on Tinos, a member of Design Hotels, each with a private pool and a private garden. The bedrooms are carved into the rock as cave-like spaces, with whitewashed Cycladic cubes rising above, and a permaculture garden of fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables wrapping the property.

Paros

Orosea

A new Autograph Collection property near Naoussa, opening June 2026. Forty suites, each with a private pool and a private terrace, laid out as a small Cycladic village across a working vineyard. Calyra for dinner, Aurora for sunset wine, and the rest of the day for exploring or doing nothing at all.

16+ Hotels

A handful of properties operate as adults-only at sixteen rather than eighteen. The atmosphere holds.

Mykonos

Omeon Mykonos

A reimagined design hotel in Agios Stefanos on Mykonos, opening April 2026, with earthy tones, sea-facing terraces, and a destination spa at the centre of the property. The other side of the island from the one you went to last time.

Paros

Luura Paros
Luura, Paros

Luura Paros

A new adults-only Morgans Originals property opening AUG 1 2026, on the western cliffs of Paros above the bay of Agia Irini. Thirty-nine suites with terraces, nineteen of them with private pools, in a Cycladic-village layout with interiors by Berlin’s Lambs and Lions. There are four venues across the property, including the cliffside Mimi Kakushi restaurant and a staggering sunset cliff bar over the Aegean. Reservations open now.

Kefalonia

F Zeen
F Zeen, Kefalonia

A wellness resort in Lourdata on the south coast of Kefalonia, with sixty-one rooms running down a hillside to its own beach. Vast gardens, three freshwater pools, four open-air yoga decks, complimentary daily yoga and Pilates, two restaurants with their own organic garden. Private pools in many of the suites. F Zeen means bliss; the property is not subtle about it.

Kos

Koia, Kos

An all-suite resort on the hill of Agios Fokas above its own beach, designed around the Hippocratic principles. Cliff suites and cave suites, a serious spa with hydrotherapy and a herbal-tea bar, and architecture built into the slope so the rooms face the water and nothing else.

Skiathos

Elivi
Elivi, Skiathos

Elivi Skiathos

A vast resort across an entire peninsula on the south-west of Skiathos, with direct access to Koukounaries beach. The Xenia hotel is the adults-only side, thirty-two rooms in a restored 1960s building that once hosted Jackie Onassis, with the main reception, lobby bar, spa, and Xenia Restaurant all located here. The Nest and Grace sections take families. Pick the Xenia side and the experience is exactly what you want.

A Note on Smaller Properties

Two adults-only stays where the rules can occasionally bend.

Vora Villas, Imerovigli
Three caldera-edge villas (Alpha, Ro, and Omikron) on Santorini, each carved into the cliff, each with a private pool, all designed by K-Studio. The view across the caldera is the headline, and the detail is what makes it last.

Santa Irini Retreat, Therasia
Four suites and two cave rooms wrapped around the church of Agia Irini, on the lesser-known half of the Santorini caldera. The view across to Oia is the one nobody else gets.

**On exclusive use: Since both properties are small, the right arrangement (taking all the rooms together) opens the door to a private conversation. Younger children become a possibility, subject to request. This is the kind of thing we handle directly.

Domes Adults Only Properties in Greece

Domes runs both family resorts and adults-only hotels across Greece. Beyond White Coast in Milos, the adults-only properties are in Chania, Elounda, Mykonos, Halkidiki, and Corfu.
Each is different in feel, and we’ll point you towards the right one.

Santorini Caldera Hotels

The majority of caldera-edge hotels on Santorini do not accept children under twelve or thirteen due to safety reasons: cliff drops, narrow paths, steep stairs and unfenced infinity pools.
Some properties go further and operate strictly as honeymoon suites, eighteen and over, no exceptions.
We have named some of our most popular Santorini hotels above, however there are many options on the island for different briefs. Ask us and we’ll pair you with the perfect one for your trip.
